Some offices may want the traffic that the Concierge Microsite generates to go towards their website traffic total
Propic can certainly do that by setting up the GA4 Measurement ID (Google Analytics ID) into the Microsite template.
This ensures every page view, session, and event is sent to your brand’s GA4 property.
Metrics such as Users, Sessions, Page Views, Source/Medium, and Events will then appear alongside your main site traffic in GA4 reports.
This is available for microsite, pop up and Inline chat options
Ask the customer for their Google Analytics Token
CX Setup:
Log into the office in the OBP
Navigate to the 'Chat Setting' tab
Locate the Google Analytics Token section on the right hand side of the page and add in the token provided by the customer
Customer doesnt know how to find their Token?
Option 1: From the Google Analytics Admin area
Go to https://analytics.google.com/ and sign in.
In the bottom-left corner, click the ⚙️ Admin (gear) icon.
In the Property column (middle column), make sure the correct property (website/app) is selected.
Click “Data Streams.”
Choose your web data stream (the one with your website URL).

You’ll see your Measurement ID at the top-right — it looks like G-XXXXXXX.
This is what you’ll need for tracking setup.
Option 2: From the Tracking Code on Your Website
If they don’t have Analytics access, they can find it on the live site:
Go to their website.
Right-click and select “View Page Source” (or use Inspect).
Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) and search for
G-.-
You’ll see something like:
gtag('config', 'G-ABC1234');The part after
G-is the GA4 Measurement ID — e.g.,G-ABC1234.
