Every Monday morning, a Campaign Report is automatically emailed to the listing agent or property manager for all of their currently listed properties. This includes sold/leased properties for one additional week post-settlement/lease
These reports provide live performance data to help agents stay on top of their campaign activity and make informed decisions about their marketing strategy and communication to property owners
βοΈ How Are Reports Delivered?
- Delivery time: Monday mornings (automated)
- Delivery method: Email with a unique link to each report
- Report format: Interactive, live web report (not a static PDF)
- Who receives it: The listing agents/property managers assigned to each property
π How to Access the Report
- Open the email titled: "Campaign Summary Report"
- Click on the link provided β it will take you to a live report for each property.
- The Reporting period will display, you can change this to view or extend the reporting period (click the up and down arrow to the right of the date to change the reporting period)
- View real-time campaign performance, including:
- 'Conversations' had
- How many 'people' have interacted
- How many further 'leads' have been generated from conversations had
- Views and engagement
- Portal enquiry performance
- A link to the property microsite or website chat
β³ How Long Is the Report Available?
- For active listings: The link will update with fresh data weekly.
- For sold listings: The report remains accessible for 1 week after settlement, then automatically expires.
π Is the Report Secure?
Yes. Each report link is unique and only accessible using the link provided. Please consider who should have access before you forward or share the link outside of your agency
