We’ve introduced a new feature that gives your office more flexibility over how Concierge emails are handled. Instead of all those emails landing straight in an agent’s inbox, you can now choose to redirect them to another email address that better suits your workflow.
✨ What is the Email Redirect feature?
Our system generates a range of emails as part of the listing and enquiry journey — usually these go directly to the listing agent, and sometimes a second contact is CC’d. We now, you can request that any of these emails be sent somewhere else — for example:
A shared admin inbox
An unmonitored email account you check weekly
Another team member who actions enquiries or reporting
📨 Which emails can be redirected?
You can choose to redirect one or more of the following:
AI Agent Video Email
Campaign Summary Report – Vendor Live View: Weekly (Monday) Report of Listing activity with the AI
Customer Portal/Enquiry Response Copy: Copy of Customer Enquiry Response sent
Enquiry Summary & Data Detective: purchaser data match, additional information from data sources and your crm on who the enquirer might be
GR Maturity Avatar Video
Microsite/Website Chat Summary & Lead: When a customer has a further chat with the AI, a lead is generated and sent to the agent
New Enquiry But I Have No Listing – Unable to respond: A new enquiry was received to answer but we were unable to answer because we do not have the listing information sent to us from your CRM
New Listing (QR Code) Email: Confirmation new listing has been received and processed, includes QR code that can be used in your marketing to point customers to the microsite for further conversations
Vision – Advert Copy Writer: Advert text using AI and images you can use in your marketing
