The Control Centres are intuitive hubs designed to help you take charge of your communication preferences and optimise Claire’s performance — whether you're a solo agent or part of an admin team.
Think of them as your personalised command centres: streamline emails, reduce inbox clutter, and supercharge Claire’s AI with the documents and details it needs to respond more intelligently.
⚙️ What Can You Do in the Control Centres?
Choose which emails you want to receive (and which you don’t!)
Add a BCC/CC to keep someone else in the loop (like a PA or admin)
Upload documents directly to properties to help Claire craft smarter responses
👩💼 Two Types of Control Centres
There are two versions – depending on your role:
1. Agent Control Centre

Agents can only access their own listings
Great for day-to-day preferences and uploading documents
Getting started is easy:
Enter your email address
Confirm the office you belong to (for agents linked to multiple offices)
A one-time password (OTP) will be emailed to you
Enter the OTP to log in
Once inside, use the left-hand menu to view your properties and access the document uploader.
2. Admin Control Centre

Admins can manage all agents in their office (and others if granted access)
Set agent email preferences and upload documents across the team
To get access:
Please email support@propic.ai and we’ll activate your Admin profile, we will need the users full name, email and mobile number
Once you're set up:
Enter your registered email and mobile number (must match what Propic has on file)
You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) to your inbox
Confirm your office access
Log in and use the left-hand menu to manage agents, their email settings, and property document uploads
What emails will I receive?
AI Agent Video Email - An AI agent video is generated which contains a video overview of the property
Campaign Summary Report - Vendor Live View - Weekly (Monday) Report of Listing activity this property has had using Claire
Customer Portal/Enquiry Response Copy - Copy of Customer Enquiry Response, the agent is CCd into the response sent to the enquirer
Enquiry Summary & Data Detective - Augmented Lead/PII - Enquiry Summary with Data Detective - customer data match and CRM data match
GR Maturity Avatar Video Generation - GR Maturity Avatar Video Generation Response
Microsite/Website Chat Summary & Lead - When a customer has a further chat with the AI, a lead is generated and sent to the agent if the customer contact data is captured
New Enquiry But I have No Listing - Unable to respond - A new enquiry was received to answer but we were unable to answer because we do not have the listing information sent to us from your XML
New Listing (QR Code) Email - Confirmation new listing has been received and procesed, includes QR code that can be used in your marketing to point customers to the microsite for further conversations
Vision - Advert Copy Writer - Re-written advert text you can use in your marketing
What can I do?
-Send to - You can change where the emails are delivered to for that agent, if you have a PA or a group email box and want emails sent to that, update this field for each email type, you can even use this to redirect emails to another team member
-On/Off - turn this email type on or off if the agent does not want them
-Include BCC/CC - you can turn on or off the functionality of including emails to another team member
-CC/BCC List - eye icon - see if someone has been Bcc'd or CC'd into the emails
-CC/BCC List - pencil icon - add, remove or edit someone into the Bcc'd or CC'd of emails
