To stop receiving a particular email, first navigate your way to the specific email you'd like to stop receiving in the Agent Control Centre (Click here on how to log into the control centre). In the case, we are turning off the "Customer Portal/Enquiry Response Copy" email.
Once you have found the correct email, you can toggle the email off using the On/Off switch. Once turned off, the Send To, the On/Off toggle, and the Include Bcc/CC switches will turn grey.
After you have made your changes, you must click save in the top right corner.
When you've clicked save, you will receive a green notification in the bottom right corner. You will also note that the Last Update Info will refresh with the date/time the last changes were made, and by whom.
