The admin control centre (https://admin-agent-settings.conciergeservices.ai/#/login) allows a user to access and act on behalf of another agent. This functionality allows for support teams to adjust emails, and to upload documents on behalf of an agent.

To activate Admin Control, please email support@propic.ai for setup and activation.

Once in the Admin Control Centre a user can act on behalf of an agent by clicking on the action button ()  in the last column of the table.

Switching offices

If you are in a multi office setup, you can switch between offices via a drop down menu in the top right corner.
