We have requested that all property management enquiries from all our tenants come through this platform, including maintenance requests. As one of our valued suppliers, we wanted to make sure you are aware that this is happening and you will receive maintenance requests and urgent contact from our tenants using an automated service, via SMS and email.
We are still available and the requests the tenants make and the information they seek through “Claire” is sent to us directly.
In order to roll out this product, we ask that our suppliers be aware and respond promptly to tenant enquiries. Please note, our existing policy regarding approval of works still applies for non-urgent maintenance requests.
