First we need to create the field Group

Head to:

Settings

Database Fields

Switch to Property Field Groups

On the bottom right hand corner is a button to Add Field Group

Setup the field as follows:

Field name: Private Web Price Field

Position: You can choose where you want it depending on what other fields you have setup

Applicable to:

Residential - Sales

Rural - Sales

Land - Sales

Press the green 'Save' button to save the new field Group

Then we want to switch to the 'Property Fields' tab

Then down the bottom right hand corner select the Green button - Add New Database Field

Now create the new field as follows:

Field Name: Quote Price

Field Type: Short Te4xt [100 character limit]

Field Group: Private Web Price Field

Placement: First Field

Press the green 'Save' button to save the new field

When you head to the property, the custom price field will appear

Add the wording/price in here you wish the AI to respond with

Dont forget to hit save on the page when you add the information in
