To setup the supported folders for advanced conversations:
Settings > Folders > Filing Cabinet (Property)
Add new Folder Type
Visibility = Sales & Leasing
Parent Folder = Default Folder
Default File Access = everyone
Save
Create the following folders:
Rental Appraisal
Pest Certificate
Pool Inspection
CMA
Building Report
*Contracts folder is created by default by Vault
To add the file to a property:
Navigate to the property > Filing Cabinet
Upload the file, assign it to the correct folder type

Update document settings
After uploading, you can customise how the document behaves and who can access it.
- Click the spanner icon in the bottom-right corner of the document to update:
- Name - Rename the document
- Contract - Mark as a contract to trigger automatic actions in the Vault mobile app
- Share With - Choose visibility—entire office, specific users, or teams

Visible In - Select folders where the document should appear
- Click Save
You can delete the document from this window.
- Click Delete
- In the pop-up window, click Yes/Proceed
