To ensure the advanced conversations will share the file/link please follow this on the property:
On the property upload your document:
Document Types > Choose Other
Do NOT "Set as Private", DO tick "Show on Web"
The the file name must have the following in the name to be supplied:
"BYB" OR "Strata" and Property Type must = Unit then Strata file will be displayed
"Building" then Building File will be displayed
"Pest" then Pest File will be displayed
"BYB" then Building File will be displayed
"Pool" then Pool File will be displayed
"CMA" OR " Comparable" then CMA file will be displayed
"Building" then Building File will be displayed
"Pest" then Pest File will be displayed
"BYB" then Building File will be displayed
"Pool" then Pool File will be displayed
"CMA" OR " Comparable" then CMA file will be displayed
"Rental" then Rental CMA/Appraisal file will be displayed
