Select Reset Password process on the screen

Add email address and press Send Email

The Property managers is then sent an email

Meantime the Claire Property Manager screen will change to username & password screen

The email sent to the Property Manager to reset the link:

The Property Manager needs to press the blue ‘here’ button in the email to be taken to the password reset page.
